In 1988, after graduating from Tokyo Denki University, the founder joined the Japanese branch of Ryobi Limited as an engineer, thus beginning his career in the power tool industry. During this period, he continuously improved his professional skills and accumulated solid engineering experience.

In 1996, he was dispatched by the company to Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, to take full responsibility for the quality control of power tools. At that time, the Yongkang hardware industry was still in its infancy, and he became the first quality control (QC) personnel in the true sense, marking the beginning of the "first year" of quality control in the Yongkang hardware industry. He not only established multiple quality control inspection processes but also led the formulation of relevant standards, laying a standardized quality cornerstone for the local power tool industry.
