Product Introduction
The new generation of Maxtesa MMA inverter and semi-automatic welding machines is developed based on advanced IGBT power module technology, equipped with an optimized ventilation cooling system, and features a modern industrial design. Depending on the modification, the equipment supports different welding modes.
Strict quality control is implemented at all production stages: all key components and welding characteristics of finished devices undergo comprehensive checks. Main electronic components are purchased from certified suppliers from China and Japan, which guarantees stable product reliability.
The Maxtesa MMA250 portable inverter welding machine is designed for manual arc welding (MMA) and allows the use of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm. Thanks to the electronic control system and digital display, smooth adjustment of the welding current is possible in the range from 10 A to 250 A.
The device is equipped with Hot Start and Anti Stick functions, simplifying welding preparation and operation. The printed circuit boards are coated with a special protective compound that prevents damage from moisture and dust.
An efficient cooling system and thoughtful internal layout maintain optimal temperature conditions during prolonged continuous operation, reducing the likelihood of breakdowns and increasing service life. Vertical mounting of boards combined with a rational design of air ducts further improves heat dissipation.
The built-in automatic overheat protection system prevents damage from overload and ensures stable long-term operation. The IP21 housing protection rating prevents the ingress of coarse dust and water splashes, allowing the unit to be operated in various working conditions.
