The new generation of inverter and semi-automatic welding machines in the Maxtesa MMA line is developed based on advanced IGBT power module technology, equipped with an optimized ventilation cooling system, features a modern industrial case design, and depending on the model, supports multiple welding modes.
Strict quality control is in place at all stages of production for each unit, and all key components and welding characteristics of the finished equipment undergo comprehensive testing. Main electronic components are purchased from certified suppliers from China and Japan, which guarantees basic operational reliability.
The Maxtesa MMA190 model is a modern, reliable solution for welding with coated electrodes up to 5 mm in diameter, an excellent assistant for both domestic use in dachas and garages, as well as for professional production conditions.
The welding current adjustment range is from 10 to 190 A. The device is equipped with a digital display and a smooth regulator for precise current setting, which allows for a smooth, high-quality weld even when welding thick-walled workpieces. Compact dimensions, along with a carrying strap, ensure convenient transportation and operation in confined, hard-to-reach areas.
Optimized internal circuit layout and a powerful heat dissipation system prevent equipment overheating and allow for long continuous operation. Arc-starting and anti-stick functions eliminate electrode sticking to the workpiece and speed up the start of the welding process.
The housing is made of high-quality metal, IP21 protection rating (dust and splash proof), the device is resistant to operation in harsh production conditions. A built-in electronic microcontroller monitors welding parameters in real-time and adjusts electrical modes for stable operation at all welding stages.
